What is the eligibility criteria?
Crane Place – Applicant must be 62 years of age or older. If a couple, one person must be at least 62 years of age. For accessible/barrier-free units, qualified applicants with mobility impairments must be 18 years or older. Income must not exceed San Mateo County Very Low Income Designation as published by HUD.
Patridge Kennedy – Applicant must be 62 years of age or older. If a couple, one person must be at least 62 years of age. Household’s annual income must not exceed the applicable income limit for the community (up to “Low [80%] Income”), as set by HUD.
What is the Rent?
Crane Place – Tenants pay 30% of adjusted monthly income for rent under the project-based Section 8 Housing Assistance Contract Program.
Partridge Kennedy – Rents range from $557-$834/mo.
